We had a wonderful vacation at the Mayan Palace Riviera Maya this year. Check-in was efficient and helpful even though we were early. We had no concerns about leaving our belongings with the bellboys. We requested a move to another room as ours was a bit noisy and were accommodated the next day. Staff at the resort was always very courteous and helpful. The resort and rooms were always very well cleaned and serviced. The quality of the food was excellent. We recommend this Mayan Resorts resort to anyone who likes high quality vacations.

My wife and I, along with our guests, had a splendid time at The Grand Mayan Acapulco. We have been vacationing with Mayan Resorts for many years now and, for the past 2 years have been proud owners of The Grand Mayan. We have been to Acapulco twice this year and to the Grand Mayan in Cancun once. We always comment to our friends and relatives about the upkeep of the grounds, the friendly staff and the politeness of the waiters at the restaurants whom make our visits each time more enjoyable.
